Sydney is on a quest to help women of the world achieve their body and fitness goals while being realistic of life’s expectations. Triple G Fitness is an unfiltered program intended for women who are busy all day and need an escape (wine), moms who want their best body back, and ladies who want to be endlessly confident in themselves and their bodies. I understand adapting to a fitness lifestyle can be hard, and some days life can get in the way, but together fitness can be apart of who you are everyday.
Sydney is not going to be like every other instructor or YouTube Fitness Channel. Sydney is a full-time middle school teacher who began her fitness journey to have something for herself.
